2.1 · Information You Provide to Us
Account Information
Signing up through Apple or Google gives us your email, a user ID, and the authentication tokens tied to your login.
Social Credentials
When you connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook for analysis and scheduled posting, we keep encrypted OAuth tokens so the app can act for you — pulling posts or publishing videos.
Content for AI
Each time you ask for an analysis or a script, we work with your video content (transcribed through outside tools), along with captions, hooks, and profile details.
2.2 · Automatically Collected Information
Device Data
Your device model and OS version, IP address, unique identifiers, and diagnostic crash logs.
Usage Data
Signals about how you move through the app — which features, screens, and controls you engage with — so we can refine it.
2.3 · Information from Third Parties
YouTube API
Linking a YouTube account lets us pull certain data through the YouTube API Services, which also fall under the Google Privacy Policy.

Service Delivery
Link your profiles, run analysis on them, and carry out automatic downloading and reposting across your platforms.
AI Analysis & Generation
Run your transcripts and performance metrics through AI models to produce personalized SWOT breakdowns, scripts, ideas, and hashtags.
App Improvement
Study how the app is used and resolve technical problems like crashes.
Communication
Notify you through push alerts about the state of your analysis or new app releases via OneSignal.

Artificial Intelligence
To power "Script Generation," "Profile Analysis," and "Idea Generation," certain inputs you provide are passed along to outside AI providers.
AI Processors
We work with providers like Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini).
Data Transmitted
Only the text strictly needed — video transcripts, profile bio, and text describing past post performance — is forwarded to produce your result.

Crash Reporting
Firebase Crashlytics tracks app stability and surfaces bugs — the only Firebase service we use.
Push Notifications
OneSignal delivers alerts, which means sharing your device ID and push token with it.
5.2 · Analytics & Marketing
Product Analytics
Firebase Analytics examines usage patterns tied to your unique User ID to map your journey.
5.3 · Legal & Business Transfers
Legal Compliance
We may share information where the law, a regulation, or a legal process compels us to.
Business Transfers
Should the company be merged, acquired, or have its assets sold, your data could pass to the new owner.

Data Retention
We keep your personal data only as long as there's a genuine need:
Account Data
Kept in Supabase for the lifetime of your active account.
30 days
Video Files
Any files pulled for reposting are erased automatically within 30 days at most.
AI History
Scripts and analyses you generate stay saved until you remove them or close your account.

Security
We apply reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards — such as encryption and careful handling of OAuth tokens — to keep your information from being accessed, used, or shared without authorization. That said, no form of transmission across the Internet can ever be guaranteed fully secure.

Children's Privacy
The Application isn't built for anyone under 13 (or whatever the digital-consent age is where you live). We don't knowingly gather data from children, and if we discover we've done so without a parent's consent, we'll remove it.

Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically. The "Last Updated" date above always reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the Application after a change means you accept the revised Policy.
